Practice what you have learned in the courses and keep your technique on point and make sure a professional keeps you effective and motivated through this flexible option. You will be able to select the number of classes to undertake and when and decide, with the support of your JBFS trainer, the specific plan of action.
Activities include:
- Various sets of exercises (including the study of all areas of the face) based on previously learned material
- Correction and update of your technique
- Consultation with your JBFS Trainer
Who is it for: All women and men of any age who have completed a JBFS course and want to continue to train effectively with the support and motivation of a JBFS Trainer.
What do you get:
- A variety of regular workouts with your favorite trainer.
- Support, motivation, tips and correction of your technique from the JBFS Trainer;

Classes: on Skype / Viber, one-on-one with your JBFS Trainer. The schedule is selected individually with you, for your best convenience.
